Job Description
- Review structural and civil engineering plans, drawings, and calculations in accordance with project specifications, standards, and codes of practice.
- Coordinate and liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of works.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
- Ensures the designs and models developed are in accordance with project requirements.
- Involved in tendering processes to ensure continuous performance improvement.Work with C&S consultants to develop structural schemes and perform engineering analysis to assess stability and load-bearing capacity.
- Prepare technical submissions, project quality plans, and submit designs to authorities for approval. Any other duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience in high-rise commercial building / mixed development/ semiconductor factory / healthcare building project is preferred.
- Familiar with relevant local codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements.
- Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD.
- Working Location is at Tampines.
