As a Management Consultant you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment.

- Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission
- Conduct research, data collection and analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks
- Adhering and complying to all AML regulations
- Providing support in system enhancements by providing requirements knowledge and subject matter expertise to the team
- Document the project into systems and processes for management review
- Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking
- Support team members with other project activities
About you:
- Degree holder
- Prior experience as Project Manager and Business System Analyst or Functional Business Analyst for enterprise banking technology roll outs is mandatory

Experience with AML/KYC and Compliance topics/technology and change management:
- Transaction Monitoring for AML (systems + domain)
- Name and Payment Screening (systems + Domain)
- Watchlist management
- Alert Dispositioning, management and workflows
- Enterprise KYC/Client lifecycle management
- Capable of applying technology principles to business
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to handle official documents in these languages and to liase with counterparts from these markets
Depending on candidate's skillset, interview outcome and client engagement assigned to the candidate, this role may be placed on contractual basis.
