Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Manager to lead our digital initiatives and oversee key company operations. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution in digital product development, user experience, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital product initiatives, from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee digital strategy, including UX/UI enhancements, product roadmaps, and technology adoption.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and marketing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and budget adherence.
- Contribute to company management decisions and business growth strategies. Monitor and analyse product performance, recommending improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in digital product management and company operations in ASEAN, and or China
- Minimum 5 year in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to liaise with stakeholders in China.
- Experience in budget planning and project execution.
