We have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Senior Executive, China Market & Administration and invite industry professionals to join us in our mission.
The Role:
The Senior Executive, China Market & Administration will report directly to the Assistant General Manager & China Office Manager, play a key role in supporting the school's outreach and engagement efforts for the China market. The role involves hosting and attending to visitors, coordinating with partners from China, promoting the school's programmes.
Job Descriptions:
- Welcome and host visitors from China, including prospective students, parents and representatives from education institutions.
- Provide accurate information about the school's programmes and guide the potential applicants in choosing the suitable options.
- Strong ability to manage and maintain a database of student information, including familiarity with Immigration Checkpoints & Authority ("ICA") processes, such as the creation of SOLAR+ accounts and handling student pass applications, appeals, and issuances.
- Assist in organizing visits from institutions and support the school's efforts to build and maintain the relationship in China market.
- Coordinate with other departments Eg. Admissions, Academic or Digital Marketing team to ensure smooth handling of the matters.
- Support in promoting the programmes through events, presentations or other platforms targeting China market.
- Assist the manager in day to day administrative duties related to China operations.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business or a related field is required.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in administration or student services, preferably in an international education setting.
- Good understanding of the China market, particularly in the education industry.
- Strong communication skills, detailed oriented and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage, as the role involves frequent communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders from China, including students, parents and institutional partners.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
