As a Senior / Executive, Contact Centre (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support daily operations of the 24/7 Contact Centre and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain proper documentation of processes, enquiries, bookings, and activations
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics
- Drive service quality improvements and implement best practices
- Collaborate with tech teams on system roll-outs, maintenance, and upgrades
- Plan departmental purchases to support contact centre operations
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance reviews, and management of Patient Service Associates
- Participate in assigned projects and other duties within the scope of the Contact Centre
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in any discipline
- 1–4 years of relevant experience, preferably with practical knowledge in Contact Centre operations
