You manage Army's outsourced maintenance contracts by ensuring compliance with contractual terms and efficient service delivery through stakeholder coordination and performance monitoring.
What you will be working on
- Execute and monitor maintenance contracts to ensure compliance
- Track contract milestones, renewals, and payment schedules
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators of contractors
- Address site and contract issues promptly
- Provide regular updates to management on contract performance

What we are looking for
- Education in Business, Contract Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
