Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, Finance, your responsibilities include:
- Manage the general ledger and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports and schedules, including the raising of journal entries for accruals and adjustments.
- Support the development of dashboards and data visualisations to deliver insightful financial reports for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare the annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Liaise with auditors on annual statutory audits for IPOS Group
- Handle budget updates, shortfalls, virements, and daily operational matters.
- Prepare reports and statistics for management, government agencies etc.
- Drive process improvements through data analytics and automation.
- Review and update finance policies in line with standards and regulations.
- Lead and execute accounting related system enhancements and projects.

- A Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent with preferably 2-5 years of related functional working experience
- Hands-on experience with WorkDay system would be an advantage
