Responsibilities

The role will assist in the functions described below:


Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection
  • Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job boards as needed
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Staff Welfare

  • Support initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace
  • Propose recommendations for employee experience and wellness programmes
  • Support the implementation of programmes and initiatives

Payroll administration

  • Prepare and process payroll.
  • Support in monthly CPF submissions, NS claims, government claims, filing of tax submission, and any other payroll-related matter

Other Projects

  • Other projects/tasks may be assigned from time to time depending on business requirements
