Job Summary

Young people today face growing challenges from life online—social media pressure, cyberbullying, online conflicts, screen overuse, and digital fatigue. These online stressors affect mental health and emotional well-being but are often overlooked in both mental health and digital safety conversations.

This is where TOUCH Cyber Wellness comes in. We help children, youths, and families strengthen mental well-being, build emotional resilience, and develop safe and healthy digital habits. Our programmes bridge the gap between mental wellness and cyber wellness—equipping communities to navigate the digital world with confidence and balance.

As a Senior Executive - Programme, you will design and deliver programmes that help young people and families manage online risks and stress, build emotional skills, and maintain healthy digital habits. This is meaningful work that empowers individuals to thrive both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Programme Development & Implementation

  • Develop and deliver programmes that build mental well-being, emotional resilience, and healthy digital habits.
  • Create interactive and practical learning experiences that address online stress, screen fatigue, social media pressure, and cyber risks.
  • Use EdTech tools and creative methods to engage different audiences.
  • Translate research on digital trends and youth mental health into relevant, engaging content and resources.
  • Pilot new initiatives and refine programmes based on feedback and outcomes.

2. Workshops, Engagement and Partnerships

  • Deliver workshops and talks for children, youths, parents, and educators in schools, communities, and workplaces.
  • Develop resources to help parents support their children’s mental well-being and digital habits at home.
  • Build strong partnerships with schools, community groups, and other stakeholders to co-develop and adapt programmes to meet their needs.

3. Programme Evaluation and Improvement

  • Collect feedback, track outcomes, and use insights to refine and strengthen programmes.
  • Ensure programmes remain relevant and responsive to the changing needs of young people and families.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counselling, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in youth work, mental health education, teaching, or community programmes.

Core Competencies & Attributes:

  • Passionate about supporting the mental well-being of children, youths, and families.
  • Understanding of how digital life - including social media, gaming, and online spaces-affects mental health, behaviour, and safety.
  • Experience as an educator, counsellor, youth worker, or mental health professional.
  • Familiarity with digital wellness, cyber wellness, or using technology in mental health or education work.
  • Experience in programme evaluation and outcome tracking.
  • Skills in creating engaging presentations, workshop content, or learning materials.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to design engaging, learner-centred experiences.
  • Empathetic, approachable, and passionate about making a difference.
  • Organised, with good project management and coordination skills.
