Job Summary
Young people today face growing challenges from life online—social media pressure, cyberbullying, online conflicts, screen overuse, and digital fatigue. These online stressors affect mental health and emotional well-being but are often overlooked in both mental health and digital safety conversations.
This is where TOUCH Cyber Wellness comes in. We help children, youths, and families strengthen mental well-being, build emotional resilience, and develop safe and healthy digital habits. Our programmes bridge the gap between mental wellness and cyber wellness—equipping communities to navigate the digital world with confidence and balance.
