Key Responsibilities
- Support Management in overseeing daily operations of outlet, ensuring service consistency and operational efficiency
- Drive sales performance by meeting targets, monitoring results, and implementing sales initiatives
- Develop and lead sales-focused training for supervsior and front-line staff
- Execute promotions and drive foot traffic and customer engagement
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify business opportunities
- Oversee inventory control, procurement efficiency, and cost management with outlet teams
- Maintain high service standards through regular audits, SOP enforcement, and staff coaching
- Manage outlet teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews
Requirements
- 5 years of F&B operations and sales experience, with proven track record in sales and team supervision
- Hands-on experience in customer engagement and upselling techniques
- Effective leadership and communication skills; able to motivate and align multi-outlet teams
- Make decisions to ensue that the restuarant top line and bottom line is met
- Comfortable with POS systems, sales dashboards, and inventory tools
- Education in Business Management, or a related field
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
