We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Lift Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 20 years of proven experience in the lift industry within a Singapore-based company, with strong practical skills in lift installation and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage lift installation projects from start to completion
- Lead, guide, and train a team of lift technicians to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and problem resolution during installation
Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in lift installation within a Singapore company
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing lift installation teams
- Strong knowledge of lift installation processes, safety requirements, and industry standards
- Experience working on projects with prominent lift companies will be considered a significant advantage and may supplement formal education requirements
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
