You will be a part of HPB’s Cluster Management and Partnerships (West), which strives to advance health promotion efforts in the workplace and community setting to reduce Singapore’s burden of diseases.
[What you will be working on]
As a member of Cluster Management and Partnerships (West) team, you will
- Support the team in developing effective and sustainable health promotion solutions, addressing the unique social and demographic needs of the resident and working population within the region.
- Identify regional trends and patterns by synthesizing demographic, health, and other relevant data to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention.
- Support national level partnership management via implementing and coordinating workstreams with tripartite and cluster partners (e.g. industry leaders, healthcare institutes, VWOs etc) to advance health promotion efforts. This would include secretariat duties for key meeting platforms, including administrative and clerical support, curation of agenda, managing and preparing engagement materials with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement and refine national strategies to increase adoption of Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) initiatives by employers and boost participation by employees to achieve positive health behavioural outcomes.
- Support Division in strategic planning initiatives and performance management processes (e.g. KPI reporting)

What an ideal candidate looks like
An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 5 years of working experience in business development and administration, partnership and account management, and data analytics. The candidate should also possess:
- Strong collaborative and partnership building skills; confident to work with corporate and community partners and to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Strong planning, analytical, and project administration and management skills.
- A proven track record in successfully developing, implementing and executing sustainable initiatives, with an understanding of business and operational needs against partner’s needs.
- Ability to work cohesively in fast-paced teams and navigate stressful, ambiguous situations in a positive manner.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong result-orientation and enjoys challenges.
- Strong ability to distil and communicate concepts in a concise and coherent manner (written and oral)
