We are looking for a self-motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager with a strong focus on marketing strategy, brand development , and lead generation . You will play a key role in increasing visibility, driving market engagement, and supporting sales growth.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide market and sales insights to support business development strategies.
- Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and recommend product positioning.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts through regular engagement.
- Manage digital marketing channels to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Coordinate development of marketing materials with internal teams and agencies.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to improve marketing strategies.
- Assist in managing marketing budget and monitor competitor activities.
- Collaborate with sales team for effective lead management and conversion.
- Prepare marketing reports and represent the company at industry events. Undertake ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in related field Strong supervisory skills with excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to perform manual tasks when necessary
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure High attention to detail with a strong sense of internal control
Additional Notes
- Work schedule: 6 days per week Salary: SGD 3,000 – 5,000 (commensurate with experience)
