The Senior Performance Marketing Analyst leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-budget, multi-channel digital campaigns. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic leadership to drive measurable growth, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

A Day in the Life of the SPMA - About the role:
- Responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Develop and execute high-budget, multi-channel performance marketing campaigns focusing on maximizing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Manage budget over $500K per month.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and drive strategic insights for continuous improvement, utilizing advanced analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Excel/SQL for in-depth reporting.
- Mentor and support junior marketing team members by guiding campaign management, data analysis, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product, content, sales, marketing, and CS teams to ensure cohesive branding and strategic alignment across all marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications - About you:
We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors:
- Advanced proficiency in performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, programmatic SA360 platforms) and analytics tools (GA4 or Excel)
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with experience in presenting detailed performance insights to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced project management skills with an ability to manage multiple complex campaigns and budgets effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset, an in-depth knowledge of performance marketing best practices, and the ability to manage complex, data-driven campaigns
- At least 5 years of Performance Marketing experience Experience in SQL, GTM and BigQuery is preferred.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business / data science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Meta) is a plus
