- Interact and review the changes with different teams like development, infrastructure, network team and compliance.
- Monitor application security and troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring minimal downtime and effective incident management.
- Raising requests for Control-M job scheduling/modification for UAT/Production.
- Responsible for code deployment to SIT/UAT/Production and production implementation support.
- Plan release activities with the help of BA & DEV teams and deploy the release.
- Handling Production environment for maintenance, up gradations and incremental Release.
