- Should have 15+ years of total Experience in IT industry specifically in Banking and Financial services domain.
- Must have Digital Transformation experience in Banking industry.
- Should have strong proficiency in Data Mapping, test case creation and review, and interpreting test results and outcomes
- Must have 8+ years of hands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite with specific focus on Jira and Confluence, managing IT Defects in Enterprise JIRA, HP ALM and Test Cases in Zephyr, writing User Stories, test cases and project requirements.
- Analyzing business requirements and documenting into User Stories with system specification for use by technical team during design and development in Agile Framework.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
