In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Analyze business and financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that form the market strategy and help with market growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights that drive profitability and efficiency
- Monitor campaign performance and generate data and insights to discover new opportunities and points for improvement.
- Support alternative business model advancement and multi-channel strategy development by collaborating with product, R&D, user research and other cross-function teams.
- Develop metrics and trackers to provide timely performance diagnostics for assessment.
- Drive product portfolio localization and optimization through delivering solid analysis on field force effectiveness and issues identification.
- Support the exploration and assessments of business optimizations in terms of strategies and executions.
- Conduct integrated analysis of market competition/business performance and generate actionable insights from a data-driven perspective.
- Proven experience in extracting data-driven insights and delivering actionable business recommendations through clear and compelling presentations—not just dashboards.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
- Strong proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional approach and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
- Possesses a growth mindset with a data-driven approach to continuously optimize strategies across acquisition, upselling, and retention.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data or business analysis.
- Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, and BigQuery SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or Business.
