Job Responsibilities: -
- Ensure that the product design is in compliance with the airworthiness requirements.
- Responsible for the technical aspects of product development, ensuring products meet requirements, are manufacturable and are high quality. This includes tasks from design and testing to troubleshooting and leading teams.
- Work closely with the R&D team in designing, preparing and conducting test in new product developments.
- Manage project schedule timely.
- Carry out products fundamental engineering calculations such as mechanics and thermal properties.
- Liaise with aircraft manufacturers and airline for product development and certifications.
Job Requirement: -
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical and product design.
- Knowledge of product design, solid mechanics and material science.
- Familiar with FAA or EASA design data approval procedures and airworthiness regulations, such as FAR/ CS 25, 21, 145 etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Inspired and innovative.
