Responsibilities:
- Drive new product launches and pilot runs, ensuring readiness for mass production
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality, and supply chain to ensure smooth product development and implementation.
- Oversee process validation, testing, and initiatives for continuous improvement
- Align technical recommendations with stakeholder requirements and business objectives
- Perform feasibility assessments and scenario analyses for upcoming product introductions
- Design and enhance products for manufacturability, performance, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and refine production processes to boost efficiency and minimize waste
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for process flows, procedures, and related materials
- Offer technical expertise and mentorship to team members
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree and above in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Product and Process Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing Industry
- Strong Experience in Six Sigma, Product Development and Process Validation
