Responsibilities:
- Support the Shift Charge Engineer in achieving contractual, technical, and commercial objectives for plant operations.
- Perform quality monitoring and plant operations in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Advise on the isolation and normalization of equipment in accordance with the Permit-To-Work system.
- Act as first response for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
- Ensure all maintenance and modification activities are conducted safely and in compliance with plant procedures.
- Collect raw material and product samples for laboratory testing. Carry out and follow up on routine plant operations and daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Nitec, GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an industrial or plant environment.
- Experience in the power plant industry will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts at Tuas South.
