Responsibilities:
- Lead and commercialise NPI projects, establishing assembly processes and procedures.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, compliance, and customer expectations.
- Provide technical support to production and coordinate with internal teams.
- Liaise with customers for smooth project execution and commercialisation.
- Conduct regular project reviews and report progress to management.
- Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- Min. 3 years of technical or project management experience in medical devices.
- Knowledge of plastics injection molding, extrusion, and assembly.
- Experience in process validation and sterilisation.
- Familiar with MDD, ISO 13485, FDA design controls or similar.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus Willingness to travel to North America.
