Responsibilities:
- Project Management of reclamation project and other site activities.
- Manage a team of Resident Engineers (RE) and Resident Technical Officers (RTO) on site to ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and Client's requirements.
- Work closely with Project Management Team, QP(S), QP(D), Client, Contractors and local Authorities to ensure successful and timely completion of the project.
- Work closely with Contract Administrative Team to resolve contractual issues.
- Chair regular site progress meetings to resolve site issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor or Master Degree) recognized by BCA/IES/ACES.
- A minimum 10 years of relevant Project Management experience in Infrastructure/Reclamation/Marine projects.
- Hold a membership with the Society of Project Management (Singapore) or a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or Association of Project Managers (UK) or equivalent.
- Infrastructure planning experience, work experience within reclamation works will be highly regarded.
- Well-developed analytical ability with sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and focused to meet deadlines and positive outcomes.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite of Software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc)
