Role Overview:
We are looking for a PMO Lead / Regional PMO Manager to join our CEO Office. You’ll be responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives, enhancing cross-team alignment, and ensuring timely execution of key finance-related priorities across regions.
You’ll work closely with the Group CEO and regional leaders to manage key deliverables, reduce friction between teams, improve visibility, and enhance decision-making processes. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized operator, and cross-functional problem solver with a track record of making complex things simpler and more effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with CEO and senior leadership to drive Sales effectiveness & productivity analysis
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to measure sales productivity across territories, product lines
- Lead end-to-end development of regional Commercial dashboards to provide real-time insights into performance metrics, sales trends, and revenue drivers.
- Prepare and present monthly business review (MBR) reports to regional leadership
- Serve as the primary liaison with global teams, ensuring timely delivery, milestone tracking, and quality assurance through structured review processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO, Business Analysis, or Sales Management, ideally within E-commerce /Internet industry background
- Master Degree in business or marketing relevant major
- Proven track record of delivering projects in APAC and/or LATAM regions, with a deep understanding of local business dynamics.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Google Analytics, and advanced Excel.
- Strong grasp of GTM strategy, pricing, sales operations, CRM, digital marketing, and fraud/risk analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data to executive audiences.
- Able to use English and Chinese as working lanagueg to work with Chinese speaking stakeholders
