Shares P&L ownership with the respective business and is responsible for the region customer base expansion, retention, profitability, and the day-to-day people management activities of Sales Professionals. Accountable for implementing the sales, marketing and channel strategy at the regional level, strategic customer management and customer segmentation. Key performance metrics include people development, variable margin, margin growth of differentiated offering and market share expansion. Provides leadership to professional individual contributors and is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams. Develops plans of execution, including business, channel and organizational priorities to ensure alignment with long-term strategy.

- Lead, coach and motivate a complex and diverse team across SEA ANZ to deliver business result.
- Develop and execute regional long-term sales and channel strategies for the region.
- Building high level customer relationship across the region.
- People management and talent development. Influences industry programs to align with Dow's priorities to grow the business.
Qualifications
- Min degree holder into Engineering.
- In-depth industry and market knowledge covering Infrastructure, Consumer and Transportation segment.
- Good knowledge of polymer application in respective segments.
