- Support the company’s Salesforce line of business
- Deliver technical and functional work as specified by the customer requirements
- Manage all work and personnel as technical or functional lead in such projects as required or assigned
- Assist internal and external project managers in ensuring professional and complete project hygiene
- Support and ensure proper and timely project reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Support the management of key stakeholder relationships with project leaders
- Assist the company in training and developing junior Salesforce resources
