Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD) to support scalable and reusable testing solutions.
- Lead API testing and validation for RESTful services using Postman and REST Assured, ensuring data accuracy, security,and backend integration.
- Perform performance and load testing using JMeter and LoadRunner, analyzing system behavior under peak and stress conditions.
- Conduct cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile testing (including Appium) to ensure seamless functionality across devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams,participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to align testing efforts with development goals.
- Implement CI/CD-based testing pipelines,integrating automated tests into release workflows for faster and reliable deployments.
- Work closely with stakeholders in domains like banking (payments and trading systems) and healthcare to understand business-critical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of automation testing experience with strong focus on API Testing and Performance Testing.
- At least 6 years of expertise in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Java, BDD (Cucumber), and REST API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
- At least 5 years of experience in Banking/Finance domain
- Proven experience in performance/load testing using JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and test integration practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with global teams.
- Knowledge of banking, payment, and trading platforms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SQL for backend validation and cross-browser/mobile testing tools (Appium).
- Experience with healthcare or financial application testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and reliability.
