Job Description
- Design, architect, and develop, maintain, and support Web3 and FX components at Banking Circle
- Drive and own Banking Circle’s technical journey deeper into the world of Web3
- Align and work closely with our eFX team on FX products
- Build a new technical team in Singapore spanning across multiple domains Drive technical ownership, testing excellence, and continuous integration initiatives
Job Requirements
- Deep knowledge and experience with Web3 ecosystems, especially various stablecoins
- Experience with implementing low-latency foreign exchange sell-side technical solutions
- Tech-lead level competence in architecture, backend programming in C#, as well as designing scalable active/active solutions
- Experience with Web3 vendor solutions like Fireblocks, Elliptic, Chainanalysis and more
- Ability to balance tight deadlines with MVP thinking, while also designing scalable and stable enterprise-level solutions
- Strong sense of drive, ownership, and ambition to build a best-in-class Web3 platform
- Strong interest in bridging FIAT payments and the Web3 world seamlessly
- Minimum four years of experience in FX and Web3 world.
- Experience with testing at all levels (unit, integration, regression, end-to-end)
- Able to do production support and take an active role in solving problems when they arise in both Web3 and FX
- Ability to lead a team while also driving the development yourself (“playing coach”)
- Ability to engage with various business stakeholders of all levels of seniority
- Ability to coordinate and orchestrate work across multiple domains and teams where necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
- Interest in various blockchain technologies and relevant programming languages
- Curious mind and open to new ideas and suggestions
- Experience with lock-free algorithms, FIX Protocol, REST APIs
- Minimum five years of experience with a backend language like C# or Java
- Able to work in a geographically distributed team across different timezones
