- Analyze requirements and designs solutions to solve business problems, documented user requirements and translated them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve problems and issues reported by User.
- Lead the onsite technical team, facilitate, and communicate the functional and technical requirements to the offshore development team.
- Must have Cloud experience, preferably AWS or Azure. Government client support and Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) implementation experience is an added advantage.
- Performed the internal testing, prepared test scripts/cases, conducting UAT.
- Provided regular updates to client and assisted PM on issue reporting, progress report and monthly progress meeting.
- Should have Cloud Architectural knowledge.
- Should have third party tool / service integration eg. Payment Gateway, Singpass Corppass authentication, Active Directory integration
- Technical skills - .Net MVC, Microsoft Dynamics CRM (good to have), Microsoft SQL Server
- Worked closely with other vendors to resolve the production issues.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
