Senior Software Engineer Lead – Productivity & Collaboration Tools

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Productivity & Collaboration team. You will lead the design and development of intelligent productivity tools that leverage cutting-edge technologies, including LLMs and multimodal models. You will collaborate closely with product, research, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, user-centric systems used by millions.
About the Team
Zoom is expanding its product suite with an exciting new team focused on enhancing the way people collaborate- Zoom Docs. This team integrates closely with Zoom Meeting and AI to enhance productivity and create seamless work experiences. Our goal is to achieve significant user growth and revenue milestones through rapid innovation.
What we’re looking for
- Have a Master's or higher education in Computer Science, Media Arts and Sciences, or a related field.
- Have 7+ years of experience in software development with good full-stack capabilities
- Have proven ability to build and launch SaaS or collaboration products
- Have experience with real-time systems, data visualization, or workflow automation
- Have familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and prompt engineering practices
- Have problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration
- Have good leadership and team-building experience
