Brand and Corporate Marketing
- Plan, implement, and evaluate brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and brand consistency across platforms (e.g. internal staff, social media, corporate website, and mainstream media).
- Formulate brand marketing plans for Singapore and overseas markets that SIM operates in.
- Develop and maintain corporate brand collaterals, including corporate kits, stationery, and templates, in collaboration with Design and Procurement teams.
- Manage on-campus branding, wayfinding, and signage, working closely with Design and Campus Infrastructure teams.
- Provide brand advisory services and ensure organisation-wide adherence to SIM’s brand guidelines.
- Manage and track SIM’s trademarks portfolio in coordination with external legal partners.
- Support the planning, branding and execution of SIM-branded, co-branded and sponsored events.
- Oversee corporate gift and merchandise development, catalogue maintenance, and stock inventory.
Content Strategy and Development
- Support the development and implementation of a brand content strategy that builds SIM’s voice, visibility, and thought leadership.
- Curate, create, and manage multi-media content tailored for staff, social, digital, and mainstream media channels.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external experts to develop authentic and impactful content aligned with SIM’s values and expertise.
Brand Insights and Performance Tracking
- Track SIM’s brand performance using media monitoring tools, social listening, and digital engagement metrics.
- Analyse brand sentiment and media visibility to produce regular reports and insights.
- Support the commissioning and execution of brand health studies in key markets, in partnership with external research vendors.
Editorial and Internal Projects
- Write, edit, and curate editorial content for various platforms such as SIM’s Intranet, website, and publications.
General Departmental Support
- Maintain the Brand team’s Intranet page and corporate brand resource library.
- Assist in procurement and finance processes for projects.
- Coordinate and conduct brand workshops and stakeholder briefings where needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing Communications, Arts and Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in brand, corporate communications, or marketing communications, preferably within a public-facing organisation.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience planning and executing brand-building initiatives across internal and external audiences, including both local and regional markets.
- Demonstrated experience in developing content strategies and producing engaging multimedia content tailored to various platforms and audiences.
- Proven track record in brand performance tracking and analytics, including media monitoring, social listening, and reporting on engagement metrics.
- Strong writing and editing skills across formats (e.g. web, social media, internal communications). Ability to tailor tone and messaging for different audiences, including senior leadership, is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, including collaborating with creative, production, and external vendors to deliver campaigns and branded assets.
- Good understanding of digital and social media trends in Singapore and the region, with the ability to apply insights to drive brand engagement and innovation.
