In your new role you will:
- This job requires being the subject matter expert of factory automation which covers design, development, implementation and maintenance of Factory Automation solutions through new and existing applications.
- The expert also requires to understand factory automation systems architectur e , and is able to cover the platform, network and infrastructure (servers, db, middleware) on which the applications are sitting on.
- The expert is also required to cover solution integration within the production applications landscape across various layers, which are integrated with the Factory Automation solution
- Problem solving for factory automation where proactively acts on trends within manufacturing factory automation, able to collaboratively creates and supports innovative ideas in their own domain of expertise and able to investigate new ideas, considering alternatives and drives active risk management.
- Solve problems with higher complexity involving expert networks. He/she should also demonstrate an example where support of problem solving, generates analysis and hypothesis, draws conclusions out of their own analysis and derives lessons learned, subsequently exploits deviations to support continuous improvement and is able to guide and share knowledge with junior members/vendors.
- Build up technical competence within own domain of expertise within own BL/Functional Area.
- Drive technical decisions or architectural decisions within the Functional Area and execute implementation. This decision should also demonstrate active knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across organisational boundaries, or able to show that in the process, able to build up a community that builds up solution principles to guide junior members
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Relevant vocational training (3+ years) and a particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualification.
- Has working experience related system architecture/design/integration within the manufacturing and production-related domain.
- Has shown examples or experience where they can build technical competence not just for themselves, but also share and build the team's competency in high automation.
- Has shown example or experience where leading of developing or creation of guidelines and principles in architecture or solution.
- Relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and subject-specific additional qualification or by a relevant completed study in area of mechanical or mechatronics or computer(+4 years)
- The total knowledge and skills can also be acquired in other ways.
- Technical skills include factory automation through various softwareplatform, experience in middleware, C#, equipment software, oracle andwindows service would be a plus
- 7+ years relevant working experience preferably with some experience of leading a technical team not less than 2 members.
