RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and guide a team of structural designers to ensure quality and efficiency in deliverables.
- Review and deliver structural designs and calculations for both temporary and permanent steel structures, including connections.
- Collaborate closely with technical coordinators and project engineers to ensure seamless integration of design into execution.
- Manage communication and timelines with third-party design consultants and vendors.
- Take on additional duties as delegated by senior management or department leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in structural steel design.
- Proficient in design tools and software for structural steel, with familiarity in relevant codes such as Eurocode 3 and 4.
- Strong interest in leadership and a desire to gain broader exposure to end-to-end structural steel construction processes.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to produce reports and documentation effectively.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform under tight timelines and manage pressure constructively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,737.61 - $6,500.00 per month
