Build, Scale & Operate Leading DTC Brands alongside A-Players
Maneuver Marketing
Our Vision, Mission & Success are fuelled by our commitment to be a driving force of positive change to the health of everyday consumers, providing conscious, high-quality & innovative supplement products.
In just 5 years, we kicked off our own DTC Health & Wellness brand from scratch and scaled it to USD$100M+ in annual sales, serving more than 3,000,000 customers worldwide with an average of 4,000 daily orders across 9 SKUs.
These results caught the attention of The Financial Times, as they ranked us among APACs top High-Growth Companies. We have also been awarded 2nd place on the E50 Awards, jointly organised by The Business Times and KPMG in Singapore.
This is just the beginning of our journey, and you could be part of the next stage of our growth!
Your Next Role
We are looking for a detailed oriented and passionate supply-chain/logistic specialist to join our international DTC eCommerce team. Reporting to the Supply-Chain Senior Manager, you will work across multiple functions: Planning, Inventory, Logistics, Cross-Border, 3PL management, Last Miles and more.
With operations spamming across the US, Europe and APAC, you will gain international exposure, working in close collaboration with various departments: Product, Marketing, eCom, Customer Support and Business Development/GTM.
What You’ll do
Supply Planning
Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports
Analyze and forecast inventory needs to maintain healthy stock across channels
Plan for incoming stock, inventory rebalancing, and new product launches with both internal and external partners
Participate in weekly operational reviews, cross-functional meetings, and support business decisions with accurate data
Inventory Management
Oversee the accuracy and health of our inventory across multiple locations and 3PL partners
Compile, track, and reconcile order/fulfilment data for transparency and optimization
Support audits, monthly reconciliations, and continuous process improvement initiatives
Own invoicing processes with partners, ensuring timely payment and strong vendor relationships
Logistics Execution
Ensure daily fulfilment runs without a hitch—act fast to troubleshoot stuck or error orders
Drive customer service actions: resolve support tickets, handle refunds, reshipments, amendments, and exceptions
Liaise with logistics partners for timely order dispatch, monitor delivery and receiving operations, and close the loop on all orders
Document and communicate issues for root cause analysis, supporting a “fix-it and learn” culture
Partner & Vendor Management
Manages day-to-day supplier coordination with clear updates, follow-ups, and escalation when needed. Tracks delivery timelines, cost changes, and production milestones reliably. Vendor scorecards or feedback loops are reviewed at least quarterly
Builds trust through consistent, professional communication. Maintains clear SOPs and timelines. Escalates issues early enough to prevent downstream impact
Documentation & Compliance
Maintains organized documentation for key workflows: inbound shipments, COGS, PO lifecycle, freight documents, and tax forms. Tools like Google Drive, Monday, or AirTable are used consistently with shared access
Updates SOPs after major process or partner changes. Can retrieve records promptly when needed for Finance, CX, or audit purposes. Defines and maintains clear filing structure
Fulfillment Monitoring & Exception Handling
Monitors daily/weekly fulfillment reports and flags delays, mispacks, or routing errors promptly. Coordinates with 3PLs or CX to resolve issues and closes loop on customer impact
Tracks top exceptions by type (e.g. missed SLAs, split shipments) and initiates preventive measures with manager support
Data Accuracy & System Hygiene
Maintains clean, consistent, and up-to-date records in internal tools (e.g. Monday, AirTable, Shopify). Ensures reliable data inputs across SKUs, vendors, POs, and inventory
Maintains accurate data for key records: SKUs, vendors, inventory, costs, and inbound POs. Follows structured naming, version control, and entry procedures. Updates tools weekly or upon new activity
Flags potential mismatches between systems and corrects errors quickly. Tracks data dependencies and loop-ins for changes that affect other teams
