Responsibilities
- Be the main contact point for technical support / after sales service coordinator
- Maintain accurate records for receiving non-stock and expense items.
- Plan and monitor transportation activities to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Manage technical team on daily activities such as logistic route, repairing stages, delivery fulfilment etc.
- Liaising with support team on customer feedbacks, customer repairing requests, repairing and maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical advice to technicians on small home appliance products.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in electrical/ home appliance repairing or technical support will be advantages.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Good communication skills.
