Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for enterprise-level digital products, aligning with both user needs and business objectives
- Translate user research and stakeholder input into actionable user stories, design specifications, and functional requirements
- Propose technically feasible design solutions by leveraging a solid understanding of both frontend capabilities and backend constraints
- Apply design systems such as Material Design and Fluent Design to create consistent, scalable UI across platforms
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and focus groups to validate needs and shape design direction
- Use system thinking and structured methodologies to tackle complex workflows and ensure usability in enterprise contexts
- Develop personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, iterating based on user feedback
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure seamless handoff and accurate implementation
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong track record in enterprise systems or large-scale digital platforms
- Experience in writing or working with user stories and functional documentation
- Proficiency with Figma and design/prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and an understanding of technical limitations and integration points
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills; able to work independently and lead design direction confidently
