Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure test cases are manually executed in accordance to priority assigned
- Conduct functional and end-to-end testing
- Document all test results for verification
- Log testing defects for errors encountered during test execution
- Provide clarifications to the developer on the logged error
- Track and report testing progress and defects resolution progress
- Re-test fixed defects to ensure proper closure
- Work closely with BA/Users to understand business requirements
- Create test scenarios and test cases
- Create test data

- Initial investigation and verification of error against the business requirements
- Provide clarifications to the developer on the logged error
- Support test manager to track and report testing progress and defects resolution progress
- Re-test fixed defects to ensure proper closure
- Create and execute of automated tests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing in the insurance domain.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing processes and methodologies.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $6,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
