Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally at the entrance

- Manage seating arrangements and guest flow based on reservations and walk-ins
根据预订和现场情况，合理安排座位和顾客动线
- Introduce the restaurant concept and menu, and handle basic guest inquiries
介绍餐厅理念和菜单，解答顾客基本问题
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover and timely service
与服务团队协作，确保翻台顺畅、服务及时
- Handle reservation calls and assist with takeaway orders when needed
接听预订电话并在需要时协助处理外带订单
- Monitor front-of-house appearance and ensure cleanliness and order at the entrance area
检查前厅形象，确保门口区域整洁有序
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the guest’s dining experience
营造积极、友好的用餐氛围，提升整体顾客体验
- Maintain a professional and organised approach to work
保持专业、有条理的工作方式
- Support in resolving basic customer complaints or service issues on the floor
协助处理简单的顾客投诉或现场服务问题
- Assist in briefing service staff on daily specials or changes in menu/service flow
协助通知服务员菜单变动或服务流程调整
- Report any equipment, safety, or service-related issues to the supervisor promptly
及时向主管汇报设备、安全或服务相关的问题
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B is required
须具备至少1年餐饮行业相关经验
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通能力与人际交往能力
- Warm, presentable, and confident with a guest-first mindset
亲切得体，自信专业，具备顾客至上的服务意识
- Able to handle high-pressure environments and multitask when needed

- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
