- Handle of calls and respond to customers’ enquiries complaints, feedback and liaise with operation team to follow up in timely manner
- Greet and direct guest to designated room and ensuring necessary and appropriate actions are taken to delight customers based on SOP
- Work together with team to hit targeted sales
- Provide basic technical support for any technical errors in the outlet
- Ensure billing is accurately performed accordance to SOP
- Ensure the tidiness of room before and after
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in service industry is preferred
- Service oriented, friendly and cheerful personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to perform split shift, work on weekends and Public Holiday
