Requirements Service Crew
- Minimum education: High school graduate (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not always required for entry-level.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Team player who can cooperate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge is an advantage (for F&B roles).
