Job Responsibilities:
- Attend customer service according to procedures and standards.
- Assisting and ensure a smooth daily service operations (opening and closing, taking orders, table setting, cleaning.)
- Basic cashiering duties.
- To provide service according to procedures and standards
- To handle the beverage order.
- To be familiar with and retain information on the menu.
- To recommend and promote all items on the menu or specials to guests.
- To handle guest complaints and feedbacks effectively and communicate to the immediate supervisor for follow up.
- To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance and deportment at all times.
- To clean up section area after service and maintain cleanliness of the area.
- Effectively communicate with rest of the team to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Maintains the restaurant culture and ambience at all times.
- To perform other related duties as required by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- No experience welcome, but is preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Personable, charming and outgoing personality, with a strong service-attitude.
