We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day Hotel’s Purchase Requisitions
Follow ups on non-deliveries and product qualities
Manage suppliers’ performances
Communicate effectively with user departments on their requirements to obtain competitive quotations
Prepares and manage tenders
Source for quotations
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Ensure all purchases are in compliant with current contracts, Group, Regional and local.
Research new sources recommend changes to standards as applicable.
Manage quotations through correct sourcing while maintaining specifications required by user and contain operational cost
Responsible to ensure all purchases meet the specifications requirements
Establish consistent product specifications
Maintain good relationship with key suppliers and obtain up to date market information on trends, new products, supplies, season, and encourage suppliers to be proactive
Maintain up to date supplier license
Manage any importation process when required
Comply with Procurement Risk Management requirements
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Procurement Manager
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in related field under procurement department
Good interpersonal and communication skills
