Responsibilities
- Rectifying issues with missing, inaccurate information and damaged parcels
- Investigate issues and liaise closely with stakeholders to assess and resolve them by company procedures.
- Handle complaints within appropriate time frame while maintaining excellent service level standards
- Repackaging of damaged parcels when required
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work in a warehouse environment
- Able to carry at least up to 15kg of load
