What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage every guest with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to ensure a smooth flow
- Coordinate seating to keep service fair and organized
- Handle inquiries with confidence and clarity
- Communicate closely with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Assist supervisors in front-of-house operations when needed
Who You Are
We’re looking for individuals who put people first and thrive in dynamic environments:
- Experienced: At least 1 year in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, or similar)
- Composed: Stays calm and professional, even during peak hours
- Collaborative: Works well with others and communicates clearly
- Detail-Oriented: Thinks ahead and solves problems efficiently
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with POS or reservation systems
