Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and arrange commissioning work at site.
- Co-ordinate with Engineer and project team on site commissioning.
- Monitor projects through completion, provide corrections, modification or assist other department as needed. Coordinate with project team and external stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in design of power generation controls or electrical switchgear or automation control.
- Demonstrate above average electrical engineering skills, preferably within the power generation industry or closely related field. Generator control knowledge is a plus.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
- Knowledge in network communication and SCADA is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, plans, drawings, prints or similar job write-up.
- Willing to travel overseas as frequent global site visits is expected.
