About The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Small & Medium Enterprise (“SME”) customer onboarding process, operating accounts management, and payment solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our banking customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies for onboarding, accounts and payments.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, design, compliance, legal and operations teams to deliver high-quality product features.
Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize the product backlog.
Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
Identify areas of opportunity to improve internal processes, work-flows, and hand-offs between teams to fast track the process and reduce TAT.
Build, optimize and re-iterate user journeys.
Work with the UIUX team to generate the wireframes based on the agreed user journeys in line with finalised requirement documents.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
Manage product pricing, fee structures, and customer campaigns to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.
Key Focus Areas
Customer Onboarding: Streamline the onboarding process to enhance user experience and reduce friction.
Operating Accounts: Develop and manage features that improve the functionality and accessibility of operating accounts.
Payments: Implement and optimize payment solutions, both local and cross-border to facilitate secure and efficient transactions.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of customer behaviour in the digital banking segment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
