About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and presentable Social Media Executive to join our team
immediately. This role requires excellent communication skills to manage client expectations,
craft compelling proposals, close deals, and ensure smooth project delivery. You will also be
responsible for managing clients’ social media accounts end-to-end — from content strategy to
execution — while maintaining high-quality creative output.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management & Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are clearly
- set and consistently met.
- Prepare and present pitch proposals to secure new clients. Oversee project deliverables and ensure all service agreement commitments are fulfilled.
- Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and execute content calendars for client accounts.
- Write engaging and on-brand captions tailored to each platform. Schedule posts and monitor performance using Meta Business Suite and other relevant tools.
- Creative Support
- Design basic graphics using Canva or similar tools.
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar software to enhance social
- content. Generate content ideas that align with clients’ brands and marketing goals.
- Operational Tasks
- Ensure timely delivery of all social media campaigns. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth project flow.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must be client-facing and
- confident).
- Presentable and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Strong copywriting skills to craft persuasive captions and proposals.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines consistently.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Immediate availability is required.
