Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute online marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Develop design concepts and marketing strategies to support campaign goals.
- Conduct research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and the most effective platforms to reach the target audience
- Monitor industry trends, emerging market segments, and potential business opportunities.
- Plan, produce, and publish engaging content—especially video—for selected social media channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree and above.
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in digital marketing, data analysis, or related fields.
- Profound analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
- Goal-oriented mindset with exceptional execution abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Must be able to create and manage engaging video content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Prior experience in the building construction or interior design industry is a plus.
