Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer ( SailPoint) with expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow and Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with hands-on development and implementation experience in SailPoint products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC.
- Customize and configure IdentityNow connectors, workflows, provisioning rules, and roles.
- Integrate SailPoint with various systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Develop custom SailPoint rules and workflows using BeanShell or Java.
- Perform role mining, access certifications, policy configuration, and compliance reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity provisioning and access management.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and scalable IAM solutions.
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint development and implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and/or ISC (Identity Security Cloud).
- Proficient in Java, BeanShell scripting, and REST APIs.
- Experience in onboarding applications and developing custom connectors.
- Understanding of IAM concepts like RBAC, provisioning, access certification, and governance.
- Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, AD), databases, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
