Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow or Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC.
- Configure connectors, workflows, provisioning rules, and roles.
- Integrate SailPoint with AD, Azure AD, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Create custom workflows using Java or BeanShell scripting.
- Handle access certifications, role mining, policy setup, and compliance reporting.
- Troubleshoot IAM provisioning and integration issues.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams on scalable, secure solutions. Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IAM solutions.
- Proficient in SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC, Java, BeanShell, REST APIs.
- Skilled in onboarding applications and building custom connectors.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, provisioning, access certification.
- Familiar with AD, LDAP, databases, and cloud (AWS, Azure).
