Selected candidates will undergo training in ServiceNow, one of the leading IT service management platforms. The training will cover modules including CSA, HRSD, ITSM, and CSM.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with a diploma or degree in Computer Science
- Strong technical skills (see below)
- Interest in IT service management and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to commit to a 2-year contract upon completion of training.
